Ballito football lads on a winning streak

The Ballito United Football lads were in winning action again over the weekend.

Last week Thursday the U10 boys downed Hillcrest 3-0, while the unstoppable U15 A and B sides beat Mayville and Juventus 4-1 and 6-0 respectively.

The U15 A match against Mayville Classics saw the number one and two teams on the log duke it out. BUFC’s grey wave continued to roll over all opposition and they are now a full six points clear at the top of the table.

On Sunday the players took to the field once again, with the U9 BUFC and U10 Dolphins teams unfortunately losing against Bayview and Linfield.

The rest of the teams recorded wins though, with BUFC’s U10’s beating Bayview 5-2, while the U13 boys had an absolute field day when they ran riot against Forrest Hills beating them by an unbelievable margin of 20-0. Perhaps it’s time to hang up those boots, Forrest Hills!

The U15 A and B teams also continued in a winning vein beating Juventus and Fynnlands 4-0 and 2-0.

The U13 BUFC are positioned joint 1st on the log with Juventus, the 20-0 result puts them ahead on goal difference, the final game of the season is between these two teams on September 16 at BUFC’s home ground (Ashton).

Meanwhile the U10, U13 and U15A teams have still yet to suffer a single loss this season.
