We are a Non-Profit Organisation and rely on fees to pay the school for use of their facilities, admin, and to pay our qualified coaches.

Although the tryout session is free, please note the following should you want to join the club after the tryout:

Annual Registration Fee: R1,200.
This includes onboarding admin, GDLFA registration fees, and BUFC kit (excluding footwear & shinpads). The kit may need to be ordered and may only arrive within 1-4 weeks.

Monthly Fees: R600 per month for 12* months.
Ballito United soccer training runs throughout the year from Jan-Dec, excluding Christmas Holidays. However, should your child not want to train after the season ends (from October to December), you can cancel your membership with 1 months notice, and then re-register for Jan. We do this to ensure we retain the best coaches and to help secure 12 month lease for the fields and grounds.

*Important:

• Monthly coaching fees are due in the beginning of the month.
• Cancellation: One month’s written notice is required for cancellation of membership.
• As a member of Ballito United FC, your child is expected to attend training sessions consistently and be available for Sunday morning league matches (Home and Away).
• Our “Away” league matches are played around Durban including Kloof, Toti, Durban North, Bluff, Westville, etc. Players cannot only be available for Home matches. If transport is an issue for Away matches, transport can be arranged amongst the families of teammates.
• Sunday League Matchday team selection is NOT always guaranteed in the older competitive age groups.

Making Payments: 

After completing your online registration, you will receive 2 emails (within a few days) with a payment link that will direct you to a payment method.

1. Invoice/Email 1:
   The 1st invoice/email will be for the R1,200 registration fee.
2. Invoice/Email 2:
   The 2nd invoice/email will be for the first months monthly fees. The first monthly fee will be a pro-rata amount calculated on how many sessions are left in the month between date of registration and month-end. The training sessions are calculated at R75 per session. For example, if you register on the 22nd of the month, and there are still 2 training sessions left in that month, your pro-rata monthly fee calculation for the first month will be 2 x R75 = R150.
3. Monthly Invoices thereafter:
   After the 1st pro-rata invoice for monthly fees, you will receive an invoice at the start of the month for the R600 monthly fee. Please ensure this payment is made within the 7 days of receipt of the invoice to help us continue to run the club smoothly.
