To help us process your exit and ensure our squad numbers remain accurate for league registration, please review our standard cancellation policy below before submitting the form:

Notice Period: A standard one-month written notice is required for all membership cancellations. Under specific circumstances, club management may review this and reduce the liability to a minimum of 2 weeks.

Account Status: Please ensure that all outstanding club fees are fully settled and your account is in good standing before your final departure date.

Player Kits: As your registration fee covers your official BUFC kit, it is yours to keep! We hope it serves as a great reminder of your time with the club.
